"Ever since I set eyes on Peter Brooke-Ball’s sculpture and drawings
5 years ago I loved his work. Peter’s sculptures introduce forms of
great purity and balance making him one of the most original artists I have
seen. His choice of materials include marble and limestone, bronze and wood,
and his uncomplicated individual expression blend simplicity and sophistication
in a unique way resulting in what are sensual and beautiful objects. This
exhibition will bring together more than thirty of Peter’s new sculptures,
and will be the second solo exhibition that the Bettie Morton Gallery has
dedicated to his work. Alongside the sculptures are paintings and drawings
which pick up the rhythm of his 3D work".
